Enjoyed my Christmas break at this hotel. It had excellent transport links to nearby attractions such as the old town and the beach. The pool area was nice and clean. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi provided.

The self-catering options were limited, with minimal cooking facilities and utensils. The bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning was only available in the main bedroom.

The hotel is in a quiet enviroment, away from the busy centre of Sunny Beach, the centre is however easy to reach with a taxi for approx. 15 Lev. At the smaller pool there are plenty of empty sunbeds available during the day. The receptionist is friendly and helpfull. The beach is close by, but you need to cross a busy road to get there. The boulevard has so many shops you don't know where to go first.

You have to be patient when ordering a drink at the pool bar, only one person to serve and it took 25 minutes, but we are on a holiday so we are not in a rush. The cleaning of the room is very basic, but if you give the ladies a couple of lev every day they will try to work a bit harder for you. One morning I found a rat at the bottom of the smaller swimming pool, which is not cleaned every day.The rat was removed after mentioning to staff and desinfectant was used in the pool.

The hotel was very nice, clean and walking distance to the beach.

The fact that some of the tourists have always kept the towels at the swimmimg pool , reserving sort of permanent places and preventing others to use the pool.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a great time! the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. the location was perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained. Another great feature was the daily housekeeping service, which kept the apartment tidy and stocked with fresh towels.

Location is great, as it's just a short walk down to the beach where there are nice beach bars. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. There are good restaurants in the area if you're interested in a nightlife.

the location was ideal, with a great restaurant just below the apartments, and close proximity to both the charming Old Town and buzzing Sunny Beach. the room was clean, comfortable and spacious with a lovely view. the bathroom was also immaculate and toiletries were provided. the daily housekeeping service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the refreshing pool.
